Right 69. Right to Political Integrity

Section 1

Political participation, including the right to contribute to candidates, support political initiatives, and engage in electoral discourse, is a right reserved exclusively for natural persons who are citizens of the United States.

Section 2

No corporation, limited liability company, trade association, labor union, foreign entity, or other non-natural legal person shall have the right to contribute funds, manage independent expenditure committees (including but not limited to Super PACs), or otherwise provide financial support to any candidate for public office, political campaign, or referendum.

Section 3

The Legislature shall by law establish strict limits on individual campaign contributions to ensure that all citizens, regardless of wealth, possess a meaningful and equal opportunity to participate in the electoral process.

Section 4

Any person or entity that facilitates, launders, or obscures political funding in violation of this Article shall be subject to immediate Censorial audit, heavy civil penalties, and permanent disqualification from participating in government contracts or regulated industries.
