Section 1
Any person accused of a crime shall have the right to confront and question witnesses testifying against them.

Witness testimony shall be presented openly in court whenever possible.

The accused or their legal representative may cross-examine witnesses.

Exceptions may be permitted only where necessary to protect safety and justice.
