Section 1
All persons accused of a crime shall have the right to trial by an impartial jury.

Jurors shall be selected fairly and without discrimination.

The jury shall determine facts based on the evidence presented in court.
Section 4
Congress and the states may establish procedures for jury selection consistent with this right.
