Section 1
All persons shall have the right to challenge unlawful detention in a court of law.
Section 2
Courts shall promptly review claims of unlawful imprisonment.
Section 3
This right shall not be suspended except in extraordinary circumstances defined by law.
Section 4
Persons detained shall have access to the courts to assert this right.
