Section 1
All persons shall be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects from unreasonable searches and seizures.
Section 2
No warrant shall issue except upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation.
Section 3
Warrants shall particularly describe the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.
Section 4
Evidence obtained in violation of this right shall not be used against a person in a court of law.
