Section 1

The government shall not interfere with the lawful gathering or publication of information by journalists or members of the public.
Section 3
No law shall restrict the press for the purpose of shielding the government from criticism or public scrutiny.
Section 4
The press shall remain free to investigate and report on matters of public concern.
